Adelaide Cellar Door Wine Festival

The Adelaide Cellar Door Festival took place at the Adelaide Convention Centre from Friday, 25th February to Sunday, 27th February, 2011. Around 100 South Australian wineries showcased their wines alongside some of the state’s finest food producers and micro-breweries. Some of these wineries told us their A+ Australian Wine stories and you can watch their stories in the video below.

Each of the South Australian regions were laid out together and visitors enjoyed a truly regional experience walking through themed wine trails, meeting the winemakers and tasting local produce. The Regional Farmer’s Market was very popular and featured tasting platters, barbecue plates and gourmet desserts. Some of the guests at the Festival shared with us their stories about the Australian wines and regions that they love. You can watch the video below and thanks to all those at the Festival that shared their stories.

A+ Australian Wine also proudly hosted our first ever public Master Classes at the Cellar Door Festival, which were run by some of the most respected names in Australian wine. You can watch our interviews with Max Allen, Paul Henry and Tony Love below.
